QPR manager  Neil Warnock wants no cheats in his team - even if they do win him games.

With less than five minutes remaining in the 1-1 draw with Derby last night, Rs sub Antonio German burst into the visitors box only to have his shirt pulled with the referee and assistant unsighted.

“It’s a blatant penalty I don’t need a TV crew to tell me it’s a penalty or the I.T guy to show me his shirt being pulled. The linesman’s in a great position. It’s on his side and he’s told me he just didn’t see it.” Warnock raged.

“What do you have to do with young players? Do you have to tell him to cheat and go down. Is that the only way referees are going to give penalties when they pull their shirt? You shouldn’t have to do that in the game,” he added.

Lee Cook gave Rangers the lead at the end of a first half Warnock’s side completely dominated only for Derby to mount a second-half come back that culminated in an equaliser from Shaun Barker.
