The rivals of West London sides QPR, Brentford and Fulham are starting to put the wheels in motion as they prepare for the new campaign which begins in August.

  • Hull defender Harry Maguire is on the verge of a move to former-Premier League champions Leicester City. Negotiations between the clubs are thought to be at an advanced stage for a deal worth in the region of £17m.
  • Bristol City are among the contenders to sign Saidy Janko from Celtic, according to the Scottish Sun. City want a replacement for Mark little and could turn to Janko who spent time on loan at Barnsley last season.
  • Derby County have agreed a deal in the region of £4.5m for Liverpool defender Andre Wisdom.The 24-year-old spent the 2013-14 season on loan at Pride Park, before loan spells at West Brom, Norwich City and Red Bull Salzburg.
  • Birmingham City have agreed a deal to sign Brighton goalkeeper David Stockdale. The stopper rejected a deal to stay with the Premier League side in favour of a move to St Andrews to link up with manager Harry Redknapp.

  • Wolves have completed a deal to sign central defender Roderick Miranda from Portuguese side Rio Ave. He has signed a four-year deal.
