QPR, Brentford and Fulham's Championship rivals are starting to put the wheels in motion as they prepare for the new campaign which begins in August.

  • Cardiff City have made a 1.2m bid for Aberdeen winger Jonny Hayes. The welsh club made two bids in January for the midfielder which were rejected before he signed a new deal until Summer 2019. Celtic are also thought to be interested in the 22-year-old.
  • Hull City defender Andrew Robertson is in no rush to decide his future following interest from Premier League side Liverpool.
  • Birmingham City manager Harry Redknapp is considering swooping for Republic of Ireland striker Robbie Keane after watching him in Michael Carrick's testimonial game at Old Trafford.
