Jimmy Bullard reckons Fulham's point at Liverpool on Saturday helped erase memories of the last-gasp defeat at Everton earlier this month.

The Whites dominated for long spells at Goodison Park three weeks ago but were hit by a Louis Saha sucker punch in the dying minutes.

But Roy Hodgson's boys ground out a hard-fought goalless draw at Anfield, and Bullard believes they were good value for their point.

He said: "We didn't deserve that defeat at Everton and we finally got a result up here. We played really well and took it to them first-half. Second-half they got on top of things a little bit, but I thought we thoroughly deserved a point."
