Brentford have spent £626,159 on agents' fees this season, it has been revealed.

The west Londoners spent £221,013 between October 2015 and February 1 2016 on fees, which was amongst the lowest in the league, but like much of the division, there has been a sharp increase this season.

The Football Association figures cover February 2016 to January 2017 and the Bees, though, were one of the smaller spenders in the Championship.

The league total of £42,429,498 is up by over £16million from £26,124,044 in 2014-15.
