Dean Smith have made three changes to the side for what must be described as a must-win Championship game for Brentford as they take on Reading.

Andreas Bjelland has come into the side at centre back, replacing Yoann Barbet in light of the 2-1 defeat to Sheffield Wednesday. The Frenchman drops to the bench.

Kamo Mokotjo comes in for Nico Yennaris, who scored in that defeat although there was an element of good fortune as Kieren Westwood threw the ball into his own net.

Florian Jozefzoon comes in for the injured Henrik Dalsgaard, who was knocked unconscious on Tuesday night, with Josh Clarke moving to the right back position.

Brentford: Dan Bentley, Josh Clarke, John Egan, Andreas Bjelland, Rico Henry, Kamo Mokotjo, Ryan Woods, Romaine Sawyers, Florian Jozefzoon, Ollie Watkins, Neal Maupay.

Substitutes: Luke Daniels, Nico Yennaris, Josh McEachran, Theo Archibald, Justin Shaibu, Yoann Barbet, Ilias Chatzitheodoridis.
