Kamo Mokotjo is looking forward to seeing some familiar faces when Brentford face Birmingham on Wednesday evening.
The Bees make the trip up the M40 looking to extend their seven game unbeaten run with another three points.
And, for many, victory at St Andrews will be seen as particularly sweet, given the departures of Harlee Dean, Jota and Maxime Colin to Birmingham.
The South African international will be happy to see them but happier if he can be asking them what the score was after a victory.
He said: “I'm looking forward to facing my old team-mates. The win is important for us. It doesn't matter against which team or any old team-mates.
“We're focused on every game and working for each other and showing what we can do on game day.”
Brentford fans will be relishing the chance to put one over their three former heroes and Mokotjo paid tribute to their recent support.
He added: “I think for the fans when they see a team play with so much spirit then they'll automatically fire us up.
“We appreciate the support and we need it. They did great for us today and gave us energy. We plan to do the same in every game against Birmingham to.”
