Brentford will face La Liga side Celta Vigo in their final pre-season ahead of the Championship opening weekend.
The game will take place on July 29 and Griffin Park and will kick off at 3pm, with Jota's old side the visitors.
Jota signed from the Spanish club in the summer of 2014 and this will be the second time they've visited England in the space of three months, having faced Manchester United in the semi-final of the Europa League.
This is the fifth confirmed friendly, with Aldershot Town the first on July 7, with games against Oxford (July 19), Mk Dons (July 25) and Southampton on July 22.
Ticket details have not yet been announced but will be in due course.
