Brentford forward Montell Moore will miss the pre-season training camp in the US due to passport problems.

The highly-rated 18-year-old signed his first professional contract with the Bees last week after impressing boss Mark Warburton and head of academy Ose Aibangee.

Moore spent the end of the campaign training with the first-team squad and was set to be included in the party travelling to Florida tomorrow, only for plans to hit a snag.

"He's only 18 but he's a talented boy," said Warburton. "He trained with us towards the end of last season and did very well.

"Unfortunately, he won't be able to come to the US with us because of passport issues. We couldn't get it done in time."

Academy graduate Moore signed a one-year deal in TW8 after topping the youth team's scoring charts last season with nine goals in 16 games.
