Tony Craig will not be taking Blackpool lightly as Brentford look to maintain their push for promotion to the Premier League.

The Bees saw off promotion chasing Bournemouth on Saturday but now face a different test against relegation haunted Blackpool tonight.

The Tangerines are rock bottom of the table and have only tasted victory on four occasions this season, although they drew with Blackburn and Nottingham Forest in their last two games.

Craig said: “We produced a good performance against Bournemouth (on Saturday) so hopefully we can take that into the game with Blackpool.

“They're a Championship side and every Championship side is a good team. We're going to concentrate on their strengths and weaknesses ahead of the game.”

The Bees will be parting company with manager Mark Warburton at the end of the season and Craig insisted he and the squad will do everything in their power to send him out on a high.

Craig added: “We know what's happening at the end of the season and, as a team, we're going to play for Mark Warburton and David Weir for the rest of the season.”

Jake Bidwell serves the final game of his three match ban and Warburton's only selection dilemmas are whether to give Jon Toral or Chris Long starts after impressing as substitutes on Saturday.
