Henrik Dalsgaard's injury is likely to see him miss out on Denmark's crucial World Cup Play Off against Ireland.
The Dane was forced off against Birmingham on Wednesday and was out of the side that claimed a 3-1 win over Leeds with the knock.
Brentford's head coach said after Saturday's win: "I think Henrik may struggle with the heel injury.
"I'm not sure whether he's going over to be looked at by their doctor or not but he certainly was struggling to make tonight and did not make it tonight."
The Bee's other Danish powerhouse Andreas Bjelland's nasty gash which he suffered in the first half of the win against Leeds, however, should not see him miss out on international duty.
Head coach Dean Smith said: "Andreas will be fine, he's a centre half who's got a cut, he should be fine.
"He just felt a little bit sick at half time and one who's been cut a few times knows about that.
