Neal Maupay took advantage of Andy Lonergan spilling a cross to put the Bees in front only for Brentford stopper Dan Bentley to do the same thing and allow Ezgjan Alioski to equalise.
However, Yoann Barbet's free kick went under Lonergan late on and Ryan Woods sealed the victory in stoppage time with a fine strike to cap a fine performance.
