QPR boss Neil Warnock reckons striker Jay Bothroyd is playing the best football of his career.
The former Cardiff City frontman had a slow start to life at Loftus Road but has scored two goals in his last four games.
And his manager admits he can't afford to leave him out of tomorrow's trip to Liverpool, with Bothroyd set to partner top scorer Heidar Helguson in attack.
He said: “I think Jay's playing the best football of his life. The last two or three weeks in training he's been fantastic.
“I did think about leaving him out but they're both desperate to play. The way I feel at the moment I don't think I will be changing much.”
