MARTIN Jol is confident star striker Dimitar Berbatov will be back for Tuesday night's Capital One Cup clash with Everton.

MARTIN Jol is confident star striker Dimitar Berbatov will be back for Tuesday night's Capital One Cup clash with Everton.

The Fulham frontman suffered a hamstring injury in the closing stages of last weekend's draw with West Brom and missed this evening's 2-0 derby defeat at Chelsea after failing a fitness test.

However, boss Jol expects the Bulgarian to be available to face the Toffees at Craven Cottage.

Bryan Ruiz could also be back after scans showed his ankle injury wasn't as bad as first feared.
