Brentford chief executive Mark Devlin says Ian Holloway is not one of the names in the hat to become their next boss.

The Bees chief has revealed the club have already received SIXTY enquiries for the vacant Griffin Park post after Uwe Rosler left for Wigan Athletic this morning.

Former Crystal Palace manager Holloway, who featured for the Bees during his playing career, has been touted as a possible contender.

Devlin worked with the 50-year-old during their time together at QPR, but insists Holloway's name is not in the frame.

He said: "Ian's name has been mentioned by a lot of fans, but I'm not even sure if he's interested.

"He's a great character who gets the best out of his players. However, people are just putting two and two together because we worked alongside eachother at QPR."
