Hampton & Richmond Borough are sweating on the fitness of Stuart Lake ahead of tonight's game at Cray Wanderers.

The experienced midfielder missed Saturday's 3-2 defeat at Harrow Borough after picking up a knock during the Middlesex Senior Cup win over Northwood two days earlier.

Former Brentford man Karle Andrews, having served his a match ban for sending off against Met Police, deputised in the middle against Harrow and could retain his place.

So too could youngster Reece Brewster, who impressed enough against Northwood to get a chance against Harrow too.

Former Hampton player Sean Lucien gave Harrow the lead on Saturday, and although Dave Tarpey equalised, the hosts grabbed two more goals after the break, meaning a late penalty from Tarpey was not enough.

The defeat left Hampton 13th in the Ryman Premier ahead of the game against bottom side Cray, who Hampton hammered 4-0 at Beveree back in September.
