Florian Jozefzoon opened his Brentford account with a well-taken finish in the Bees' 1-1 draw at Barnsley but the hero was goalkeeper Jack Bonham.

The west Londoners had trailed thanks to Marley Watkins' fine strike after he intercepted Harlee Dean's clearance and suffered another setback when Lasse Vibe was taken off injured.

But the Dutchman raced onto a ball forward from Jota to calmly dink the ball over Adam Davies to equalise.

The Spaniard, though, saw his penalty brilliantly saved by Davies after Angus MacDonald's hand ball from Sergi Canos' shot. Surprisingly, referee Robert Jones opted not to book or dismiss the defender for the infringement.

Jack Bonham, named in the side with Dan Bentley rested much to the surprise of Brentford fans, produced a fantastic saves to keep the Bees on level terms as the hosts pushed for a winner.

The much-maligned stopper made great saves from Watkins, Tom Bradshaw but his save from Matty James was the pick of the bunch.
