Barnet will be looking for a win against Grimsby tonight (Tuesday) in order to keep alive their play-offs dream.

But the Bees must overcome the Mariners who have become a bogey side of late – defeating Barnet in the previous two meetings this season.

The Bees come into this evening’s clash full of confidence though after two victories under new management duo Uli Landvreugd and Dick Schreuder.

Young Spaniard Luisma Villa steered home the 84th-minute winner against Tamworth on Saturday to give the Barnet bosses their second one-nil win of their tenure.

This leaves the Bees just two points off the last play-off place with a game in hand over fifth-placed Gateshead.

New loan signing Valentin Gjokaj could make his Barnet debut tonight after signing a one-month deal from Derby.

The Albanian U21 international was brought in to provide competition for regular centre-back pairing, David Stephens and Jack Saville.

Charlie Adams could also make his full-debut for the Bees after coming on as a substitute in his first outing for the club at the weekend after signing from Brentford until the end of the season .

Meanwhile, Harry Crawford and Luke Gambin are not available for selection due to injury.
