EDGAR Davids was whatever passes as sick-as-a-pig in Dutch after Lincoln’s late leveller.

The Barnet boss had to watch a fantastic earlier strike from Keanu Marsh-Brown cancelled out for a share of the points at The Hive.

Marsh-Brown looked to have won the game when he dribbled clear before rounding the keeper and firing home to cap a fine team move early in the second half.

But Jon Nolan’s dramatic injury-time equaliser saw Barnet denied the win leaving Davids’ side with just a point to show from their last two games.

The Champions League winner was disappointment itself, but insisted Lincoln were among the best teams Barnet have faced.

“I was very sad to see us go down like that,” he said.

“When you are in front 1-0 and they equalise in the last seconds it’s a bitter pill to swallow.

“Normally I would say if we didn’t do well, but you also have to give credit to their players and I think they had some very good players in midfield.

“They are a very balanced team. Their midfield is strong, maybe the strongest we have seen so far in the league.

The Barnet player-manager did however reserve special praise for the stand-out quality of Marsh-Brown’s opener after the winger gave the Bees a second half lead.

“I’m happy he did it for us,” said Davids.

“Keanu has an exceptional gift and the rest is on a different level,”

“What happened here with that goal could also have happened in Italy or Spain or the Premier League.”
