Joel Lynch says that QPR's attackers are lacking in confidence after drawing 1-1 with Sunderland.

The Hoops got off to an excellent start, but missed a series of chances to kill the game off, resulting in a second half comeback for the hosts.

Speaking to GetWestLondon after the game, Lynch said: "The feeling in the group is that once we get going we’ll be a hard side to beat. We’re missing that little bit of confidence that the real goal-scorers in the team need, they just a few goals and they’ll go on a run.

"We’ve become a more solid team. I think in the past where defensive mistakes would cost us, we’ve become more solid so it gives us a platform to move up the pitch and we’re certainly creating more chances on goal, it’s just about taking those chances."
