Ryan Sessegnon will remain grounded, despite his rise to prominence at Fulham this season.
The 16-year-old has been performing at a level beyond his tender years and has been linked with a move to a host of clubs in the summer including Tottenham, Everton, Liverpool and Arsenal.
He said: “It's not difficult for myself. He's working very hard. He's a clever man and a clever player.
“He doesn't drop his intensity and his motivation for working with us.
“He's waiting for his chances. If I give him one, he's normally available to do a good job and that's it.
“He doesn't need to change so much. He must push the same and still harder. He'll be motivated and that's it.
“He's got an important period in front of him. He's still 16 and can play 20 years more. It's only important that he shows responsibility in training and in tomorrow's game. He needs to think step by step.”
