Ex AFC Wimbledon boss Terry Brown is believed to be lining up a double swoop for Dons duo Sammy Moore and Luke Moore.
Striker Luke Moore was one of eight players shown the door at Kingsmeadow last week, while midfielder Sammy Moore is among four offered new deals for next season by Dons boss Neal Ardley.
Luke has already been offered a contract at Margate, but the Thanet Gazette report Brown is hoping to persuade Sammy to drop down three divisions to join him on the Kent coast.
One factor which could play in Brown's favour is Moore runs a football academy business in nearby Folkestone with former Dons striker Jack Midson.
Midson, who Brown has also spoken in glowing terms of, was another of the eight culled by Ardley last week following a disappointing end to the Dons' League Two campaign.
