Anderson is new Woods boss

Northwood have appointed Dave Anderson as their new manager to replace Colin Payne who left the Chestnut Avenue club last month.

Northwood have appointed Dave Anderson as their new manager to replace Colin Payne who left the Chestnut Avenue club last month.

Anderson is vastly experienced at non-league level and has previously managed at St Albans City, Hendon and AFC Wimbledon amongst others and has had three spells as assistant manager at Harrow Borough.

Caretaker manager Mark Barnham will take charge of the side for tonight's (Tuesday) Ryman League Cup clash with Corinthian Casuals at Chestnut Avenue (7.45pm kick off).

Anderson's first game in charge will be Saturday's visit to Great Wakering Rovers in the Ryman League Division One North.
