HARROW Town lost ground in the Middlesex County League Division Three on Saturday and slipped back down to second after a defeat at the hands of fouth placed Enfield.

They lasted just one week at the top of the table and have been leapfrogged by Highgate after the home defeat.

Town were put into bat by Enfield after they lost the toss and were made to work hard for a poor total of 141.

Tyron Theophile prevented greater embarrassment for the home side with a decent knock of 70.

But with little support wickets fell quickly and the side were out after 43 overs.

This gave the visitors a relatively easy target to reach and they stormed to victory in just 28 overs.

Enfield in fact only lost one wicket in their bid to reach the target and top scorer Neil Tilley finished the innings on 91 not out.
