Emergency services are currently attending a street in Yeading following reports that a girl has been hit by a car.

An ambulance was spotted outside the Walnut Tree pub, on Willow Tree Lane, in Yeading on Tuesday (May 23) afternoon.

Traffic is queuing in the area on the A312 The Parkway southbound, in Hayes , at the Willow Tree Roundabout.

Eyewitnesses reported hearing a helicopter overhead as London Ambulance Service attended the scene.

Teenage girl in 'serious but stable' condition

A spokesman from the Metropolitan Police confirmed the road reopened at 19.21 and said the teenager was in a “serious but stable” condition in hospital.

Speaking to getwestlondon, he said:

Her condition is non life-threatening and they are assessing the nature of the head injury that was sustained.

15-year-old girl facing 'life-changing' injuries

Police who attended the collision, near the Walnut Tree pub in Yeading, believe the pedestrian’s injuries could be life-changing.

A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: “Her injuries are not believed to be life-threatening, but could possibly be life-changing.”

Driver stopped at scene after collision with teen girl, aged 15

Metropolitan Police confirmed they were called to reports of a road traffic collision in Willow Tree Lane, Yeading.

A spokesman said: “Officers attended and found a female pedestrian in collision with a car.

“London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance attended and took the female, believed to be aged 15, to a central London hospital with a head injury.

“The driver of the car stopped at the scene.

“No arrests have been made.”

Teenage girl taken to hospital as a 'priority'

A spokeswoman for London Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 3.25pm to reports of a road traffic collsion at Willow Tree Lane in Hayes.

“We sent an ambulance crew and a single responder in a car, and an incident response officer to the scene.

“London’s air ambulance was also dispatched.

“We treated a teenage girl for a head injury and took her, as a priority, to a central London hospital.”
