World Book Day: Schoolchildren from west London bring book characters to life

See our pick of Getwestlondon reader pictures from World Book Day

It is the 20th anniversary of World Book Day and to celebrate children from across west London have been heading to school dressed as their favourite book characters.

Children have dressed in an array of different outfits, including Harry Potter characters, Little Red Riding Hood, Snow White, Stuart Little and Postman Pat.
