A woman is being treated for injuries after reportedly being struck by a train near West Ealing overground station.
British Transport police (BTP) said they were called to the station at 11.30am to reports that a person was struck by a train.
Officers are currently on the scene with London Ambulance Service (LAS) and BTP said a woman is being treated for injuries.
The incident is not being treated as suspicious at this time, BTP added.
Great Western Railway (GWR) said the incident has resulted in delays of up to 60 minutes to and from London Paddington.
GWR added that services are now able to call at West Ealing station.
Officers were called to the Uxbridge Road hospital in Southall on Sunday (October 9) at 6.30pm to reports of a man presenting himself to staff with stab wounds.
He was treated by medics and then taken to another west London hospital by the London Ambulance Service (LAS), but officers said his condition is not life-threatening.
