A pedestrian is in a "serious but stable condition" following a collision in Hayes on Wednesday afternoon (June 17).
The woman, aged in her 60s, was badly hurt after the incident involving two vehicles in Coldharbour Lane at around 2.50pm.
She was seen lying in a recovery position at the zebra crossing near the junction with Avondale Drive.
Her condition was "critical" after she was flown to hospital by London Air Ambulance but on Thursday morning, a Met Police spokesperson said she was now "serious but stable".
Both drivers, a man and a woman, stopped at the scene.
Roads police officers are investigating the incident and appealing for information from witnesses.
