Investigators have said a woman missing for 14 years was working in a cab office in Kilburn just two years ago, sparking a fresh new appeal.

It is the first trace of Australian Jenenne-Ann Allen, now 44, who went missing from an address in Kilburn on May 7, 2003, shortly after leaving her home country.

Her mother Margaret Law has urged her daughter to get in touch in a heartfelt message.

Mrs Law said: "No matter what she is going through we love her and would like her to come home.

"She has two nieces and a nephew that would dearly like to see her. We just don't know why she is away.

"Your mother and brother would love you to get in contact and let us know you are OK."

Jenenne-Ann was 31-years-old when she disappeared and is described as white, 5ft 5ins, of slim build with hazel eyes and had brown shoulder-length hair.

A National Crime Agency investigation into her disappearance uncovered she worked in a cab office during 2015.

However there is no trace of her whereabouts since.

NCA officer Guy Wicker said: “We know Jenenne-Ann was working in Kilburn in 2015, so she may still be in the area.

"All anyone wants is to know that she’s safe and to offer her support if she needs it.”

Anyone who has seen or knows of Jenenne-Ann's whereabouts is urged to contact Missing People.

Missing People publicity coordinator Ian Roullier added: “Jenenne-Ann, if you are reading this, please call or text us in confidence on our free phone number, 116 000 to let us know you are ok.

"We can’t trace your call. We just want to provide you with the support you need and help you to be safe.”
