A 70-year-old woman has died after a collision involving a double-decker bus.
The Metropolitan Police were called to Brookshill, in Harrow, at 2.10pm on Tuesday (July 28) to reports of a collision between a bus and a car.
The driver of the blue Honda, a 70-year-old woman, was pronounced dead at the scene.
A London Ambulance Service spokesman said: “We were called at 2.07pm to reports of a road traffic collision in Brookshill, in Harrow.
“We sent a number of resources to the scene including a medical team from London’s Air Ambulance by car.
"Sadly, despite extensive efforts to resuscitate the patient, a woman was pronounced dead at the scene by the doctor from London's Air Ambulance.
"We also treated a woman for a back injury who was taken as a priority to hospital and checked over one patient for an arm injury."
A police spokesman confirmed there have been no arrests at this time.
