Police have charged a woman after a man, named as Stephen Raynor, died from a stab wound in Hanwell on Saturday (September 17).

Officers charged Elizabeth Hart-Browne, 27, of Baker House, Nightingale Road, Ealing, with the murder of the 25-year-old victim on Sunday.

She will appear in custody at Ealing Magistrates Court on Monday.

Police were called to Baker House in Nightingale Road on Saturday night by paramedics who were treating the victim, named on Monday as Stephen Raynor.

Officers arrived at the scene at 11pm, and the victim was taken to a hospital in north London where he was pronounced dead at 11.45pm.

The suspect was arrested at the scene on suspicion of murder.

Next of kin have been informed and a post-mortem examination will be held in due course.

Detectives from the Homicide and Major Crime Command led by Detective Chief Inspector Lee Watling are investigating.
