Westfield has revealed the names of some of the big stores which will be moving into its Shepherd’s Bush shopping centre as part of its massive expansion.

After announcing the arrival of a huge Primark store on Tuesday (December 5) , Westfield has also confirmed the names of 10 businesses setting up shop in the new £600 million extension.

A number of other businesses already based at the Ariel Way mall will take advantage of the huge revamp and will move into the expansion, it was revealed by Westfield.

John Lewis was one of the first names to sign up to expanded Westfield , which will mark its 10th anniversary by becoming the largest shopping centre in Europe.

Along with Primark and John Lewis, the other new retailers setting up in the expansion include fashion stores Urban Revivo and Frencheye, beauty specialists Space NK and Urban Decay, lingerie store Bravissimo, Currys PC World and boutique bowling venue All Star Lanes.

Stores upgrading within the expansion include H&M, Boots, Lush, adidas, Monsoon, Guess and Cath Kidston.

Keith Mabbett, director of leasing for Westfield UK and Europe, said: “London continues to be an attractive destination for major international retailers and we’re working closely with brands to deliver new and innovative retail spaces that create the ideal environment for a remarkable shopping and entertainment experience.”

The expansion of Westfield London will create an extra 740,000 sq ft of retail, dining, entertainment and leisure space, bringing the total gross leasable area (GLA) to 2.6m sq ft and number of stores from 360 to 450.
