This is the latest teaser for Hound, a feature-length movie shot on the streets of Hounslow .

The crime thriller, in which a masked vigilante seeks vengeance against the gang which butchered his beloved dog, was made possible by contributions on the crowd-funding site KickStarter.

Director Simba Masaku, who makes a living scaring visitors to Thorpe Park's Fright Nights, said post-production was well underway.

He is working to secure a premiere for the film, which cost a little over £4,000 to make, in his home borough of Hounslow this summer.

"I've been approached by some producers who were impressed by the trailer, and we've had some meetings to discuss distribution," he said.

"We've sold out of our first batch of promotional cups and badges, and we've had support from as far afield as America and Kenya."

Mr Masaku teamed up with Jimm Stark, who plays the lead role, to make the film after the pair met while working at Thorpe Park.

The pair have since collaborated with Chris Greene, who also works at the theme park, plays an extra in the film and helped produce the merchandise; graphic designer Gavin Sanctis; and Oliver Lodge, a Scottish composer who created the score.

Chris Greene, who grew up in Hounslow, said Hound was a great way to "showcase" the borough and its wealth of talent.
