The home of English rugby was crowned 'venue of the year' in a ceremony held on the hallowed turf of Real Madrid's Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.
The arena booted competitors from across the globe into touch to win the coveted accolade in the Stadium Business Awards, which are voted for by an international panel of experts.
It also scooped the 'product innovation' gong for its use of cashless and contactless payment systems to improve the match day experience for fans.
Twickenham Stadium director Richard Knight said: "This has truly been an exceptional period for the stadium, having hosted 10 games in the best Rugby World Cup ever and become an industry leader in fan experience and product innovation."
Judges described 2015 as a "landmark" year for Twickenham, congratulating it on hosting a successful Rugby World Cup, investing millions in new technology and delivering record revenues to support grassroots rugby.
