Around 70 firefighters are tackling a blaze in West Drayton as huge plumes of smoke were seen rising into the air.
Fifteen fire engines were sent to the incident at a workshop in Kirby Estate, Trout Road on Saturday (February 3).
London Fire Brigade said it has received more than 30 calls from concerned members of the public, the first of which was made at 11.36am.
One person has said police are at the scene and roads are sealed off.

'Big ball of black smoke'
Ciaran Sinclaire, 19, saw the fire in West Drayton.
He told Get West London:
I was walking into Tesco when I saw a massive big ball of black smoke rise into the air coming from Trout Road, the road next to where the car park is.
I heard sirens come within minutes of people phoning.
Everyone stopped and just looked as naked flames reached over the top of the building - I saw it with my own eyes and so did many others.
What we know so far
Footage from the scene of a single-storey workshop fire shows a massive plume of smoke in the skies above West Drayton .
Around 70 firefighters and 15 fire engines were sent to tackle the blaze on Saturday (February 3).
London Fire Brigade (LBF) said it received more than 30 calls from concerned members of the public, the first of which was made at 11.36am.
A spokesman for LBF said 75% of the workshop in the Kirby industrial estate was alight and added that the fire was ongoing.

'Huge black cloud'
15-year-old Ethan Pearce told Get West London:
“I was walking into Iceland in Yiewsley and saw a huge black cloud rising from what looks to be like an industrial estate, there were at least 4 fire engines along Trout Road which is blocked off by police.
“The fire is being dealt with at the moment as the cloud has turned light grey.”
High Street and Aldi closed
West Drayton High Street has been closed off by police and an officer said that Aldi is currently shut.
Advice at local library
A police officer has told our reporter, Goolistan Cooper, that people who can’t get to their homes are getting help and advice from Yiewsley library, opposite Trout Road.

Workshop fire 'still ongoing'
A spokesman for the London Fire Brigade said the fire was at a single-storey workshop in Kirby Estate, Trout Lane and added that the building was 75% alight.
The fire is still ongoing.

'It smelt horrible'
Lukasz Chmura, a resident who lives nearby to where the fire has broken out, told Get West London:
I saw lots of thick, black smoke coming from the garage - it smelt horrible.
Police at the scene
Met Police say they are at the scene for traffic management purposes.
A spokesperson said the fire in an industrial estate.
15 engines at the scene
At 12.11pm London Fire Brigade told getwestlondon that there were 15 fire engines and approximately 70 firefighters at the scene in West Drayton.
'Huge' fire in West Drayton
