Travelodge has announced a recruitment drive in the city, with 220 permanent jobs from hotel mangers, assistant hotel managers, to receptionists, bar café team members and housekeeping and guest room cleaners.
The hotel chain currently operates 67 hotels the capital, but is looking to grow even further, with positions becoming available across London and at new openings in Harrow , Brent Cross and Wood Green.

Travelodge chief operating officer Craig Bonnar said: "London is a key growth area for us and we have identified the potential to grow our business in the capital with a further 100 hotels over the next eight to 10 years.
"People joining the company now on an entry level have a great opportunity of becoming our hotel managers of the future."
The recruitment drive is part of a new 'SuperRooms' concept which aims to bring the 'premium economy' idea to the UK budget hotel market.
The concept has been launched in the central London hotels, with rooms designed especially for business and leisure customers who are looking for a little bit more comfort.

Adding: "Joining a hotel company opens the door to training, career progression and even roles in new countries."
