Two teenage boys have been charged with stabbing 17-year-old Folajimi Orebiyi to death in Notting Hill on Sunday (July 3).

A 15-year-old and a 16-year-old were both due to appear in court on Thursday (July 7) , accused of murder and possession of an offensive weapon.

Fola died on Portobello Road at around 8.45pm on Sunday and witnesses recalled seeing a man lying in the road with pouring from a neck wound.

Paramedics from the London Ambulance Service and London's Air Ambulance tried to resuscitate him but he was pronounced dead at the scene.

The teen's brother Ola paid tribute to his younger sibling and apologised for not being there for him .

Fola was a student at Chelsea Academy in Lots Road and had just sat his AS exams with the hoping of going to university .

The two boys accused of the murder were set to appear at Hammersmith Youth Court on Thursday (July 7), while two other teens, boys aged 15-year-old and a 16-year old, have been bailed until a date in August after being arrested on suspicion of murder.

A crowdfunding page to help pay for Fola's funeral raised almost £4,000 just 12 hours after it was launched .

And by Tuesday (July 5) the spot near where the teen died had become a shrine .
