A teenager has been charged in connection with the stabbing of a 16-year-old boy in Hanworth.

The 17-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was charged with causing grievous bodily harm (GBH), on Sunday (June 14), police said.

He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Isleworth Crown Court on July 1, following on from his first appearance at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court on Monday (June 15).

Detectives continue to investigate the incident, which happened at Watermill Way, near Crane Park, on Thursday (June 11) at around 7.10pm.
