The second edition of a book featuring a Fulham photographer’s beautiful images of London normally hidden away from the public view has been released.

Unseen London was published in 2015 and was a “spectacular success”, making it onto the Amazon’s bestsellers list.

The second edition of the book, released in October 2017, sees around a fifth of the original content cut and replaced with stunning new images taken by Parsons Green photographer Peter Dazeley.

Among the subjects making an appearance in the book are Hampton Court Palace, The War Offices, The Supreme Court and Tower of London.

He said: “As ever, I had a great deal of fun. I‘m a Londoner and I discovered so much about the city that I didn’t know about.”

Among his many highlights were taking images of the 16th century astronomical clock at Hampton Court Palace, and Bow Street Magistrates’ Court, where infamous London gangsters Ronnie and Reggie Kray made their first appearance before being sent to the Old Bailey.

Mr Dazeley followed up Unseen London with London Uncovered and London Theatres .

He has also photographed artefacts belonging to the Krays brothers .
