A 20-year-old from Stonebridge has been jailed for four years for drug dealing offences after he was with caught with 71 wraps of drugs, just eight months after he was arrested for a similar offence.

Adam Naili, of Melville Road, was first arrested on March 31 in Abingdon, Oxfordshire when he was found with 20 wraps of class A drugs during a drug deal.

He was bailed and was arrested again on November 3 in Aylesbury in Buckinghamshire where he was in possession of another 71 wraps of class As.

Naili was sentenced for a total of four years in prison at Aylesbury Crown Court on Monday (December 5) after he pleaded guilty to two counts of possession with intent to supply heroin and two counts of possession with intent to supply cocaine.

He was charged with the offences the day after the second arrest.

Investigating officer Sergeant Graham Pink, based in Abingdon, said: “Following a diligent investigation and collaborative work with colleagues in Abingdon and Aylesbury, a significant amount of class A drugs have been kept off the streets.

“This sentence should send a warning to drug dealers that dealing in our communities will not be tolerated.”

Naili was sentenced to two years two years and six months for the offences in Abingdon and four years for the offences in Aylesbury, to run concurrently.
