Southall shooting: Man charged with murder of Khalid Abdi Farah remains in custody ahead of second court appearance

A man charged with the murder of 26-year-old Khalid Farah has appeared in court.

Malique Thompson-Hill, was charged with murder on Sunday (December 3) by detectives investigating the fatal shooting in Southall on November 11.

The 21-year-old appeared at Ealing Magistrates' Court on Monday (December 5) where the hearing was adjourned and a bail application hearing is scheduled for Wednesday (December 6) at the Central Criminal Court.

Mr Farah died after he was shot in the chest as he sat in a car in Lady Margaret Road.

London Ambulance Service attended the scene and Mr Farah was taken to a central London hospital where he died at 3.32am.

Thompson-Hill remains in custody.
