A bus driver in Southall has been charged on suspicion of driving whilst over the alcohol limit.
Met police said that Sukhdwp Sandhu, of North Avenue, was arrested on March 16 in South Road, Southall, Ealing .
The 48-year-old was later charged on March 17 with failing to provide a specimen.
He was also charged with being in charge of a vehicle and driving whilst unfit through drink.
getwestlondon has asked officers if there were any passengers on board at the time, but have not been provided with this information.
Mr Sandhu will appear at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court in April for a plea and case management hearing.
