Self proclaimed "patriotic political party" Britain First has entered Paul Golding as its mayoral candidate for the London Assembly elections - but how does its campaign compare to the other parties'?

In a controversial move, the Britain First leaflets appear to list a number of goals which are not related to the Mayor's responsibility.

Despite this, the party has distributed leaflets across London to promote its core values - here are six things it lists as a priority to tackle.

1. Halt immigration

The party has said should it get into City Hall, it wants to halt all immigration, despite this not coming under the Mayor's remit. However, it says it will back the "influx of migrants" from entering the country.

2. Promote British culture

Britain First has said London is losing its identity and pledges to be the party to promote "British culture" across the capital.

3. Ensure there is housing for war veterans

War veterans are to get 3,000 homes and placed at top priority for them to claim above other London residents.

4. Priority housing for British people

Although there isn't a clear definition of who the party defines as British, the manifesto leaflet outlines its view of only allowing "priority housing for British people".

5. Spending on disabled and elderly to increase

Britain First has pledged to look after the elderly, although financial details have not as yet been disclosed as to how this would be funded from the Mayor's budget.
