A woman hurt in a road traffic collision in Shepherd’s Bush has not suffered life threatening injuries, police said.

Emergency services were called to Shepherd’s Bush Road on Thursday (October 19) evening to reports of a collision between a motorbike and a pedestrian.

Police said at the time that the pedestrian had been taken to hospital with serious injuries, but has told getwestlondon on Friday (October 20) that she is now in a stable condition.

The collision happened at around 5.50pm, near the junction with Sulgrave Road.

Police closed a section of the road in both directions, causing congestion in the area and buses to run on diversion.

The road reopened at around 9pm.

No arrests have been made.
