The thief is described as a black man, in his late teens to early 20s and 6ft tall.
He was wearing a dark blue coat and dark coloured trousers.
Police released an image of a man understood to have used the bank cards on Friday (November 10).
Officers urge anyone who may recognise him or who may have information about the incident to come forward.
Anyone with information should call Hillingdon Police on 101 or contact them on Twitter @MetCC.
