Hounslow Police has launched an appeal on social media for help in locating a teenage girl who has gone missing from the borough.

Sophie Butler, 14, was reported missing from Feltham by police on Thursday morning (December 7).

Posting to Twitter, the force said: "Can you help us find Sophie Butler age 14 yrs #missing from #Feltham.

"Please call 101.

Can you help police with these appeals?

" Ref No 17MIS053014."

Anyone with information relating to the whereabouts of the teenager should call police on the non emergency number, 101, quoting 17MIS053014 as a reference number.
