Repair staff are still working to fix a burst water main in Ruislip 24 hours after it was first reported.
A statement from the company posted online on Thursday morning (March 9) said their team were still working to repair the damaged main.
Affinity said: “Our repair team will be attending to carry out the necessary work in order to repair the damaged water main today.
“Due to the water being diverted from other areas, all customers should have a supply of drinking water during this time.
“This may be at a lower pressure than normal until the repair is complete.”
The maintenance staff were unable to work overnight due to health and safety concerns.
There is still no estimated time of completion for the work but Affinity has apologised for the inconvenience.
