Budget fashion store Primark is coming Westfield London , it has been confirmed.

The popular high street chain will open as part of the £600 million expansion of the Shepherds Bush shopping centre .

Work is currently taking place to fit out the massive two-floor 70,000 sq ft store, which is on course to open, shortly after the extension, in summer 2018.

Among other stores also setting up shop at what will be Europe’s largest shopping centre are John Lewis, which is opening a flagship store , and boutique bowling venue All Star Lanes .

The extension is set to open in March 2018, and will help mark 10 years of Westfield London.

Keith Mabbett, director of leasing for Westfield UK and Europe, said: “We are delighted to announce that Primark will open in the UK in 2018 at Westfield London.
