An autistic man who had been missing for three days has been found following a police appeal.

Taffazul Hoque went missing from his home in Notting Hill on Friday, May 22, according to police, and had been seen in Hammersmith, Brent and Hendon.

His family had been particularly concerned for the 38-year-old's safety as he also has epilepsy and had missed five doses of medication, putting him at risk of a seizure.

Police revealed late in the evening on Monday, May 25, that he had been found and admitted to a hospital in Essex but was now believed to be in good health.

Officers thanked the public for their help with the appeal.
