Police are appealing for help to find a man missing from Shepherd's Bush.
Andrew Stout, 53, was last seen at about 6.50pm on Monday, July 13 in Lime Grove.
Andrew is described as white, of slim build with closely shaved hair.
When last seen, he was wearing a yellow Ralph Lauren polo shirt, green camouflage shorts and white trainers.
Officers are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare.
Anyone who has seen Andrew is asked to contact officers at Hammersmith and Fulham via 101.
